PETALING JAYA (Feb 18): Fiamma Holdings Bhd’s first residential project in the Klang Valley, East Parc @ Menjalara is slated for completion by 2020.
To be developed by Fiamma’s subsidiary Active Edge Sdn Bhd, the project will sit on a 3.3-acre leasehold parcel where the 43-storey building will house 432 serviced apartment units.
There are six layouts and the built-ups will range from 600 sq ft to 1,522 sq ft. The units will be priced at an average of RM640 psf.
East Parc @ Menjalara has a gross development value of RM320 million.
“We had an invitation for sales at the end of last year. We are targeting families and upgraders from the surrounding areas,” he told City & Country.
Chuah added that the selling points for the project are the well-developed surrounding areas with their eateries and amenities as well as its accessibility.
East Parc @ Menjalara is accessible via the Damansara-Puchong Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway, Middle Ring Road 2 and SPRINT Expressway. The upcoming Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway will also benefit the residents.
Its nearby amenities include Park City International School, Garden International School, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, The Curve shopping mall, Ikea Damansara store and Tesco Kepong.
Moving forward, Fiamma plans to work on two other projects in the Klang Valley in the next two years — one in Sungai Besi and the other in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng.
Chief executive officer and group managing director Jimmy Lim said Fiamma is looking for more land for residential and commercial developments, especially in Johor and the Klang Valley.
“We are looking at Johor and the Klang Valley because we already have marketing teams in these two places,” he said.
